For Olalawears, customers' satisfaction is always our top priority. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with the products received, please get in touch with us within 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue by providing a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Size or Color: We understand that ordering clothing online can sometimes lead to sizing or color discrepancies. If you receive an item in the wrong size or color, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and either send you the correct item or provide a refund.

Customization Errors: We take pride in offering customizable options for our products. However, if we make an error in the customization process and the item does not match the specifications you provided, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Please note the following important points regarding our return policy:

All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with any tags or packaging intact.

If you have a refund, please pay attention: after your refund application is approved, the payment amount will be returned to your payment account in the same way, but the shipping fee is not refundable. Due to different payment methods, the refund processing time will also differ, generally between 1 and 2 business days. If it is overdue, please get in touch with us via email at

Order cancellations 

Generally, cancellation is supported within 30 minutes of placing an order, but not after 30 minutes because the order has been processed, and the package can not be retrieved. We will process your order cancellation request for you within 24 business hours.

If you fail to cancel the order after 30 minutes and do not wanna keep it, you can return it to our return address after receiving it.

Return instructions

Before returning a product, please contact us at to confirm the return process.

Once receiving the products, please check whether they have quality problems and whether they meet your wishes.

If it is our reason (e.g., the products are damaged, defective, etc.), we may ask you to show the unpacking video, product details, pictures, etc., when you contact us by email. So please keep them properly until the whole return and exchange process finishes. After confirming, we will reship the products to you within 1 to 2 business days for free or refund you directly.

Suppose you are not satisfied with the products after receiving them. In that case, we can accept your return requests for the products in new condition with the original package. We will not charge a restocking fee, but you need to bear the return cost.

Note: if the returned product has issues different from the return request after we receive and confirm, we will reject your return request and return the product to you. You will be responsible for the shipping cost.
